Submitting an Inquiry & Response Time
Provide complete information which allows me to prepare an accurate estimate. **Please note that submitting this form does not book your order. I do my best to respond to inquiries and messages as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
Estimates, Payments, Invoice Policy
All orders require a 50% deposit to be made to reserve your date. Once we have finalized your order, you will receive an invoice.
Changes, Cancellations, & Refunds
Custom Orders – To receive a refund, your order must be cancelled before the start of production - a date will be provided on your invoice based on your event/pick up date. All orders are baked & customized specific to your requests- as a result, once your order is started/completed, it cannot be repurposed, & we are unable to accommodate cancellations or refunds. Depending on production status at the time of your cancellation request, I might be able to accomodate a "partial" request, & retain the 50% deposit for an already in production order regardless of timeframe.
If you wish to make CHANGES to your order - design or an increase/decrease in quantity must be submitted before the given deadline (same as cancellation date). Any changes requested after this deadline usually cannot be accomodated. A new invoice will be sent and payment must be made immediately to ensure timely production. There are no additional "fees" for changing design as long as design request does not bump you into the next tier.
Bakery Orders - Orders must be cancelled before the start of production - a date will be provided on your invoice based on your event/pick up date.

Lead Time & Availability
Custom Order - Most custom orders require a minimum of two weeks notice. Short notice requests may be accomodated based on availibility/order size. Turnaround time can vary based on the quantity of your order and complexity of your design. Please give me as much advanced notice as possible!
Bakery Orders - While most bakery orders have a quick turnaround, I require a weeks notice. Short notice requests usually can be accomodated based on availibilty/order size.
Allergen Ingredients
I do not offer items that are gluten, dairy, egg, or sugar free. As a home baker, I strive to not cross contaminate work spaces and have seperate tools and equipments for my baking, but the nature is I produce bakery items that use flour, butter, sugar, dairy, eggs, and occassionally nuts. If you are concerned about allergies, I would advise that you do not consume items from Riss & Whisk Bakery.
Social Media Policy
Please be advised that all items Riss & Whisk Bakery produces may be posted on our social media pages - including posts, stories, photos, or videos. Clients should note that custom orders may appear online prior to them taking possession of their cookies. If the client wishes that their cookies NOT be posted online until after the client has picked up their order or the event has been held, it is the client's responsibilty to notify me to withhold social media content regarding their order until after a specified date.
Shipping Policy & Information
**Shipping rates may vary based on location/weight** We ship via USPS Priority Mail Flate Rate (2-3 delivery timeframe) based on destination distance.
Once an order leaves Riss & Whisk Bakery, I am not held responsible for any damages that may occur & no refunds/ replacements will be offered. Riss & Whisk Bakery is not resposible for delays in shippment due to weather, mechanical errors, or natural disasters - my sincerest apologies if an order is delayed. I appreciate your understanding!
